Our DREAM Reset Challenge is a team-based, goal-oriented wellness program that focuses on daily habits related to diet, rest, exercise, alignment, and mindset. We track results, offer prizes, and keep things fun with mini-competitions and team leaderboards.

We can provide posture checks, spinal health assessments, movement screenings, body composition analysis, and more. These are often used as fun add-ons during lunch & learns, wellness days, or health fairs.

We offer light-force, posture-based chiropractic adjustments for general relief, mobility, and alignment. No x-rays or deep diagnostics are done on-site.

Yes, adjustments are provided during on-site visits. While we typically prefer to review x-rays before initiating care, this can be discussed during your visit.

Not for on-site visits! Our Backmobile sessions are designed for general relief, posture improvement, and mobility — using gentle techniques that are safe and effective without prior imaging. For deeper issues or long-term correction, we recommend visiting our Coralville clinic for digital x-rays and advanced diagnostics to fully tailor your care.

Absolutely. You can skip the adjustment and do standalone shockwave ($50), or combine them for maximum benefit.

The number of treatments varies based on your individual goals and condition. On-site care focuses on relieving pain and stress and maintaining health. For more comprehensive treatment plans, we recommend scheduling an appointment at our Coralville clinic.

We usually recommend at least once per month maintenance care.

On-site visits are cash-based and not billed through insurance. However, at our Coralville clinic, we are preferred providers with all major insurance companies.

When we come onsite you choose how to pay:

Group option: $50 per visit + shared $100 travel fee

Flat rate: $75 per visit (no travel fee)

Shockwave add-on: +$35

Shockwave only: $50
